Find the product
Open it on our website. Price match covers products tagged Best Price.

Open "Found it cheaper elsewhere?"
It's just under Add to Bag. You need to be logged in, so we know who to reply to.

Tell us where and how much
Paste the link to the other shop's page, type their price in rupees, and tick if it's in stock there.

We check it
Our team opens the link to confirm the product, the price and the stock. A price that isn't lower than ours is turned down by the form straight away.

The rules
What we can and can't match
We compare like with like: the price you would really pay for the very same item, today.
We match
- The same product: same brand, name, size or volume, and shade or variant.
- A price shown by a shop selling in Mauritius, on a page we can open.
- An item that is in stock there when we check.
- A price lower than ours, compared with our product page price, including any discount we already show.
- New, genuine products, sold by the shop itself.
We can't match
- Out of stock, pre-order or "coming soon" listings.
- Prices that need a coupon code, a membership, a bundle or another purchase.
- Flash sales, clearance, near-expiry or damaged-box stock.
- Second-hand items, marketplaces and personal sellers, for example on social media.
- Obvious mistakes, and products we can't confirm are genuine.
- Delivery fees — we compare the product price only.
Example
A toner, matched
Our page shows a toner at Rs 950. Another Mauritian shop's website has the same toner, same size, in stock, at Rs 890. You report it with the link and "890"; we check the page, email you, and change our price.

Good to know
How long does it take?
Our team checks reports by hand, as soon as they can. When we approve yours, you get an email. If we can't match it — for example, the item is out of stock or not the same size — the price stays as it is.
I already bought it. Do I get the difference back?
Price match lowers our price for orders placed after we change it. It doesn't change orders that were already placed.
Why do I need to be logged in?
So we know who sent the report and can email you when it's approved.
Do I get loyalty points for a report?
No. Price reports don't earn points — what you get is a lower price.
The product has no "Found it cheaper elsewhere?" box.
Then it isn't part of price match — only products with the Best Price tag are. You can still tell us through our contact page.
Does it apply in your shops in Port Louis and Curepipe?
Yes. Our prices are the same in store and online, so once we match a price, you pay the matched price in our Port Louis and Curepipe shops too. To report a lower price, use "Found it cheaper elsewhere?" on the product page.
