Use on towel-dried or dry hair. Dispense an appropriate amount into your palms, spread between both hands and apply through the hair, focusing especially on the ends and damaged areas. For medium-length hair, around two pumps is recommended as a starting point. Adjust according to hair length, thickness and condition.
